Sports Therapy
Within my practice I look to provide support across all dimensions of injury physically, psychologically and socially. You can expect a thorough assessment of current symptoms, using a number of manual therapy techniques, followed by an in-depth explanation of your diagnosis. Each session will involve a customised rehabilitation program to ensure you remain injury and symptom free.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a treatment that works mechanically to soften, lengthen and stretch soft tissue. This aims to increase mobility and relieve tension, that may have occurred as a result of exercise, occupational stress and poor posture.

Medical Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine, with the aim of restoring balance and the flow of Qi (energy). By stimulating specific acupoints it may help to reduce pain, decrease inflammation and improve overall well being.
Dry needling is the Western approach to acupuncture and is a form of intramuscular stimulation to help release tension, reduce pain that is local to the site of injury. Within the appointment you can expect a range of motion assessment of the major muscle groups and a hands on assessment to find the points of tension within the muscles. We can focus on up to 3 locations within an appointment.

Pilates
Pilates is a type of strengthening exercise, that mainly focuses on postural control, core strength, alignment and breathing. You can expect a well rounded class focusing on the whole body. The classes are beginner to intermediate level and designed for everyone. All you will need is a mat and comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with 48hr will result in a £15 charge. Cancellation within 24hr or missed appointments will result in full appointment charge.
